Apostle Tina R. Pearl is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Greater Works Deliverance Center in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a ministry that is D.R.E.S.S.E.D. for Battle! She is affectionately known as the "Warrior Princess" or "Chief" by her members.

Apostle Pearl is also the Founder and CEO of Double Portion Ministries of Deliverance, "A women called to prayer and devoted to God." This (vision) ministry was given to her from God to encourage His "kingdom" women to strive towards their healing, deliverance and destiny. Apostle Pearl has established the Greater Works School of Ministry, a school where those that are called according to His purpose can come and be trained in all facets of ministry. This school equips leaders to lead. She has also established The Prophetic Mountain School of the Prophets a place where prophets can be properly cultivated in their gift and office.

In 2011 Apostle Pearl founded two new ministries, E.L.L.E. Ministry and the Apostolic Prayer Warriors Network. E.L.L.E. Ministry (Elect Ladies Living Empowered) is a ministry to support women in leadership such as in business, ministry and other facets of life where women are in position. The Apostolic Prayer Warriors Network is where Apostles from around the world gather together in prayer.

Apostle Tina Pearl is the Overseer of 22 churches and 18 Para-ministries all over the world. She is a mentor to many men and women of God all over this country. Apostle sits on the board of three Not for Profit Organizations for which she is chairman of two. For nine years she was part of the Mount Calvary III S.O.T.P. Outreach Ministries where she was responsible for overseeing the churches in Ohio, New Jersey and Georgia. In 2007 she founded Kingdom Covenant Ministries of Deliverance International Organization, a ministry that offers covering for other ministries.

God has given her a heart for the wounded and a message of healing and deliverance in her belly. She is a woman running with the vision, with a strong Apostolic and Prophetic anointing, God is using her to impart and equip the people of God with His Word for such time as these. She is a true praise and worshiper, soloist, and psalmist. The anointing that comes out of her as she sings is straight from God. Her soprano voice goes so high as she enters into the throne room causing your spirit to be transformed by the presence of God. She is a praise and worship leader of all times.

Apostle Pearl is the mother of four: Eddie Jr., Marcus, Brenda, and Antonio and grandmother of four. Apostle is also the founder of three companies: Ioamai Cosmetics, Gospearl Management, and Pearl Enterprises. She is co-owner of Kingdom Jewels and A Whole New You Companies.

Holding on to what God said to her in His word years ago:

"Before I formed this in the belly I knew thee; and before thou came forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations...to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant...for I have anointed you to preach the gospel to the poor to heal the broken hearted and to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, with a double portion of the anointing."
