Apostle Gloria Johnson Assistant Pastor
Apostle Gloria Johnson was born in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a mother of four children and a grandmother of eight grandchildren. Apostle Johnson graduated from Glenville High School in June of 1953, and was a 1955 graduate of Jane Adams Practical Nursing School; from there she had a wonderful career in the nursing field for thirty years.
Apostle Gloria Johnson was Licensed as an Elder of Crawford Road Christian Church of the Disciples in 1978 under Bishop Robert Hubbard Sr. She also attended Inner City Renewal School Under Case Western Reserve University.
Apostle Johnson was called to the ministry in 1985. She attended Ashland Seminary for counseling in 1987. She furthered her studies at the McQuery Education Center (Annex of Ashland University) in Black Theological Studies under Dr. Williams Meyers in May of 1998.
Apostle Johnson joined Double Portion Ministries in September 1999 under Minister Tina R. Pearl. From this ministry, Greater Works Deliverance Center was born and Apostle Johnson joined in 2001 under Bishop Tina R. Pearl, Senior Pastor.
Elder Gloria Johnson was ordained by Bishop Richard Williams as an Apostle in 2003 and was appointed by Bishop Richard Williams as Mother of Zion for Greater works Deliverance Center in 2004.
Apostle Johnson also serves in the capacity of Assistant Pastor, she presides over the Minister's Board and she is the Instructor for the School of the Ministry Level I at Greater Works Deliverance Center.
The Lord has mandated her through his Word in Titus 2 to teach young women.
